OBLONG ADJUSTABLE MANDREL

Diameter adjustment (Mandrel on off) is done by the panel.

Stopping is performed by safety switches at the Max. And min. Diameter.

Available as a set in the square mandrel. This is also delivered with an apparatus.
The bead may be connected. (Must be specified when ordering.)

HORIZONTAL ADJUSTABLE MANDREL

Mold removal process (Stripping) is done with eyebolts and also delivered with an apparatus.
Additional wing can be provided (Must be specified at time of order)
It is also produced as polyamide.
Mold opening and closing process is done by motor with reducer.
When the mold is opened and closed, the motor closes itself when it reaches the last measurement.
